We are writing this letter you to Thank You very much for the excellent service that your staff provided us with in purchasing my son's new car. From the second we walked into the dealership till the moment we drove away which I believe was about a week later after all was said and done. The sales rep Joanne Goltes was very informative and knowledgeable about the car and there wasn't any question too big or too small for her to answer. Joanne even came down on her day off to help us. She was very patient and understanding and we love how before we drove off of the lots she went through everything inside and outside of the vehicle with Darren i.e. setting the blue tooth, radio stations, mirrors, every last detail was covered. Joanne was a joy to deal with and we will highly recommend her to all that will listen in future. The other person we would like recognized is Debbie Lew the Finance Manager. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty. In today's world there are people who have a job and are content in showing up for work and they figure that it's good enough. Debbie actually cares about the clients and their well being. We weren't just another sale or "mark on the monthly wall", she put together a fabulous deal for which we are so Thankful. With all of the hiccups, laughter and her persistence she has made The P. Family clients for life. We will be singing these two ladies' praises to all that we meet and we just wanted you to know that they are both Gems and hope that it is recognized. Thank you once again for their service above and beyond.
Both my wife and I are incredibly satisfied with our new RAV 4. It has exceeded our expectations and the service was second to none. There is no question that Open Road Toyota does make a huge difference!! We appreciate everything that was done for us.

The service at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody is awesome. From the show room to the service area, we are always very satisfied. With two vehicle purchases within two weeks, my husband and I have the opportunity to give some consistent feedback on the level of customer service that we received. We had done a lot of homework before selecting the Toyota Sienna and Tundra so we didn’t require any assistance in that regard. Specifically, I’d like to bring to your attention the wonderful service given to us by Cyrus Ghotbi. From the beginning to the end, he worked with us to ensure that we were well looked after. He communicated well and was available to us at all times (even when off duty). With Cyrus’ help we were able to negotiate reasonable prices that we could live with and he explained all of our options very thoroughly. I must say that it takes a lot to impress my husband and we’re happy to have this opportunity to forward our compliments on to Cyrus. Many thanks!
We purchased our first Toyota from Barnet Toyota in 1996 and have been Toyota owners ever since then. In fact, we’ve been purchasing all of our vehicles since then from your dealership; I thought you might like to know why. Obviously, the quality and reliability of your vehicles were important to us as we looked at the overall value for money spent. That being said, Toyota certainly met our needs. Secondly, and perhaps just as important, the service rendered by both your Product Advisors and your Service Department personnel has been second to none. It has been a very satisfying experience to deal with your representatives over the years and we will continue to be OpenRoad customers in the future
To the team at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody: this morning I locked my keys in my 2006 Matrix and when my Monday Morning was at its dreariest, your team came to my rescue by cutting me a key based on my VIN and delivering the key to where I was stranded. Thank you all for being so helpful, nice, and understanding when I needed it most. You guys are the best!!
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for making our experience at Toyota a pleasurable one. Getting our very first brand new car was very exciting and overwhelming at the same time but you guided us and made the process that much easier. We've only have the RAV4 for 24 hours and both just love it and are arguing over who gets to go pick up our daughter and get groceries in it. Thanks again!
