Last week I brought my 2008 Sienna in for the service recall to repair the spare tire attachment. I received the notice in the mail within the past month that the repair replacement was available but it was really great to receive a follow up call from one of your people to tell me about it as well. I booked our van in right then and the repair was done a week later. The personal phone call follow up was a great service and I just wanted to pass that along.
I recently attended a Customer Service session through my company that was put on by the Disney Group. They strive to make every point of a Guest’s experience in their theme park exceptional. I am writing to let you know that Open Road has always done and continues to offer exceptional customer service to me. From the moment I pull into the driveway and am greeted by the first employee who takes my keys, the times I have used your Shuttle Service, to the time the Service Rep goes over the work performed, until I leave your lot I have never had a bad experience from anyone. In my view, your service standards far exceed your competitor’s and they are valued!
