Ken Mason & Service Department

I left my car with the service center for an oil change on September 21st at 2:00 p.m.  I received a phone call a while later to inform me that the cabin filter needed replacing as well.  I received another call about 3:30 to let me know my car was ready for pick-up.

As usual, I was met cordially by a personable, informed employee at the reception desk (in this case Ken) and well treated.  When I picked up my car, Ken was ready with the paperwork and answered my questions respectfully and clearly.  My car, as usual, was washed and clean and tidy inside.

I continue to bring my business, whether buying or servicing, to Port Moody because the employees continue to be dependable, knowledgeable and personable and the servicing reliable and trustworthy.
