My daughter brought my car in so I didn’t have the pleasure of dealing with your service staff this past Monday. I wanted to thank you anyways as every time I visit your service department, I am treated very well and feel that the service is top notch.  As a woman (and in this case my 17 year old daughter), we have to be on guard to make sure we are not being ripped off simply because of our gender and in this case, my daughter’s age. I look forward to getting another Toyota as soon as this one breaks down but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen any time soon so I will continue to bring it in to your dealership for continuing service. I especially like dealing with the young gentleman there – can’t remember his name but he has a young daughter I believe.  He has always taken the time to patiently explain everything to me in a way that doesn’t make me feel inept when it comes to cars.

As usual my recent visit for the recall on my Rava was great. Very pleased that my dog Daisy was welcome as I waited for my Rav and she was happy to get a treat! Thank you very much.

During an appointment for oil change and to switch to seasonal tires, I got a call that my auto battery needed replacing. Service was done in less than 2 hours. I was dropped off at the mall and picked up. Came back and had a coffee while readings the newspaper and magazines. 

All the staff are friendly and courtesy.Thank you for the great experience.

Last week I brought my 2008 Sienna in for the service recall to repair the spare tire attachment. I received the notice in the mail within the past month that the repair replacement was available but it was really great to receive a follow up call from one of your people to tell me about it as well. I booked our van in right then and the repair was done a week later. The personal phone call follow up was a great service and I just wanted to pass that along.  

I recently attended a Customer Service session through my company that was put on by the Disney Group. They strive to make every point of a Guest’s experience in their theme park exceptional. I am writing to let you know that Open Road has always done and continues to offer exceptional customer service to me. From the moment I pull into the driveway and am greeted by the first employee who takes my keys,  the times I have used your Shuttle Service, to the time the Service Rep goes over the work performed, until I leave your lot I have never had a bad experience from anyone. In my view, your service standards far exceed your competitor’s and they are valued!

I just wanted to send this note to acknowledge my experience and thank your staff for those experiences. 

I left my car with the service center for an oil change on September 21st at 2:00 p.m.  I received a phone call a while later to inform me that the cabin filter needed replacing as well.  I received another call about 3:30 to let me know my car was ready for pick-up.

As usual, I was met cordially by a personable, informed employee at the reception desk (in this case Ken) and well treated.  When I picked up my car, Ken was ready with the paperwork and answered my questions respectfully and clearly.  My car, as usual, was washed and clean and tidy inside.

I continue to bring my business, whether buying or servicing, to Port Moody because the employees continue to be dependable, knowledgeable and personable and the servicing reliable and trustworthy.

I was in your service centre yesterday getting some work done.  As always, my experience at Port Moody Toyota was excellent.  When I first starting going to your service centre, the location was convenient but that's no longer the case. Nowadays I go out of my way to go there because of your consistent high levels of service.

I brought my car in on Thursday, Feb 6th regarding a problem I had with my 1994 Toyota Corolla station wagon. I was quite anxious about the problem and I was so pleased to see Dean Maclean at the counter.

My husband and I have had all four of our Toyotas serviced at your shop. Dean has been there for us for 20+ years. He is always very friendly, professional and knowledgable.

I anticipate more Toyotas in our future and look forward to continuing to work with Dean. He is a real asset to your organization.
I was hoping you could pass along a big Thank you to Danny. Before Christmas while visiting me from out of town, I noticed my mothers back up lights on her Yaris were not working. Without an appointment, Danny quickly determined the issue, ordered the parts from Toronto and had her back on the road the next day.

You had helped her a few years ago with a warranty issue. She lives in Sechelt now but will always have her Yaris serviced by OpenRoad.
